Call Forwarding
If you pop out of the office, you can forward your calls onto your mobile or another office phone. If the forward is to an external number, the number will need to be entered in international format e.g. 442035888000.
Unconditional forwarding will forward all calls – all calls would go to the forward.
Busy – Calls only forward if the line is busy.
Call Filters and Blocking blocks nuisance callers.
