First you will have to reset your voicemail PIN.

• Reset or obtain your voicemail PIN via the VoIPtalk support panel

• Access your voicemail by dialling 9200 from your VoIP phone or 0845 004 9200 or +44 (0)20 7043 9200 from a traditional telephone. You will be prompted to enter your VoIPtalk ID when dialling from a traditional telephone.

• At the prompt enter your voicemail PIN. 

• Follow the instructions for playing, deleting and configuring your voicemail service.
