    How to Setup Call Monitoring in VoIPOffice

    Learn the steps to configure and use call monitoring features on VoIPOffice.

    This guide will show you how to setup Call Monitoring in VoIPOffice.


    1. Click Extensions


    2. Click Edit on the extension for which you want to setup Call Monitoring
    3. Click Enhanced Services
    4. Enable Call Monitoring
    5. Click Save
    6. For Call Monitoring Click Edit
    7. Click Add Extension


    8. For Extension type: ALL
      To monitor specific extensions, enter one extension, and repeat the process for each extension that you want to monitor.
      For Quiet Mode select: Yes
      For Permission select: Access Granted
      For Monitor Options select: All (Dynamic Mode)
      Click Save Changes


    How to Use Call Monitoring

    You can dial *199 Extension to monitor an extension.

    For example to monitor extension 1003, you would dial *1991003.

    Press 4 to listen, 5 to whisper and 6 to barge. The default mode is listen.

    Listen is when you can hear the caller and the agent but they can't hear you.

    Whisper is when the agent can hear you but the caller can't.

    Barge is when the agent and the caller can hear you.
