When attempting to make a payment for calling credit online via the Orbtalk account panel, you may be presented with a message informing you to provide address verification. In order for us to verify and clear your account, you will need to send us either a copy of a bank statement, credit/debit card statement or a utility bill. This will need to be faxed to 0845 867 4420 or you can scan and email it to support@orbtalk.co.uk, also make sure that your Orbtalk account is mentioned on the fax/email Please ensure that your full address is stated on these documents, and that it matches the address on your Orbtalk account. This will then be passed on to the sales team who will notify us when your account has been cleared. Once cleared, you will then be able to place orders via the control panel.
