    I have a faulty product, am I eligible for a refund?

    Find out if you are eligible for a refund if you have a faulty product.

    You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if the product is returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt under our 'no-quibbles' policy. Please read our Returns Policy. If the product is faulty you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
