    How do I check if my VoIPtalk account is configured correctly

    Learn the best practices for checking the setup of your VoIPtalk account.

    If you are a VoIPtalk customer then to verify your service is working properly out can check the following:

    1. check that your IP phone or soft phone is showing “Registered” or similar. If you are seeing “Not Registered” then you have not successfully registered.
    2. dial 902 and verify that you receive the confirmation message. If you do not hear an audio message or you get a busy tone then your device hasn’t been configured correctly. Re-check your configuration before raising a support ticket with our team.
