    How do I update my VoIPtalk card details for auto top-up?

    Learn how to easily update the card details linked to your VoIPtalk account for automatic top-ups.

    If your auto topup card is the same as your monthly subscription card, then you will need to do the following:

    1. Login to www.voiptalk.org
    2. Click on Auto Topup
    3. Select your VoIPtalk ID
    4. Click on Create Topup Rules
    5. Select a credit card from the drop-down list
    6. Click 'Create Rule'

    If you do not have a monthly subscription, the above steps are the same, however instead of selecting a credit card from the drop down, you will need to select ‘Click here to add a new card’, taking you to our payment provider (Stripe), where you can add the new card details to the automatic top-up rule.

    Please be advised that if you do not update your card details before 1st September 2021, we will no longer be able to automatically top up the account, meaning you run the risk of not being able to make outbound calls.
