To upgrade, go to our VoIP services pages and click on the package you wish to upgrade to. Follow the instructions given on the 'Sign up now' section of the page.
To downgrade a Prepay Silver or higher subscription you would need to send an email to customerservices@telappliant.com with your VoIP ID stating which subscriptions you want to change. Business customers should contact their account manager. Please note that we require 30 days’ notice when cancelling a subscription.
