    How do I Setup Multi-Language IVRs?

    Learn how to configure your IVR system for multiple languages, giving customers the option to select their language of choice.

    Create 'English' IVR

    Click on 'Add IVR' button

    Set IVR 'Name'='English'

    Set IVR 'Number'='1000' for example

    Select 'Greeting' file with the instructions in English

    Set option '1'='1001' (1001 will be used for 'French' IVR)

    Set other IVR options as per your needs

    Click on 'Save' button

    Create 'French' IVR

    Click on 'Add IVR' button

    Set IVR 'Name'='French'

    Set IVR 'Number'='1001' for example

    Select 'Greeting' file with the instructions in French

    Set option '1'='1000' (1000 is 'English' IVR)

    Set other IVR options per your needs

    Click on 'Save' button

    If a DID takes all calls to the 'English' IVR '1000', the instructions tell you to press '1' for French and play other IVR options in English. You press '1' and are redirected to 'French' IVR '1001' where
