    Managing a Voicemail

    Learn how to efficiently manage and your voicemail inbox.

    Once a voicemail has been created it will be listed under the Voicemails heading on your online portal. The list of voicemails will show you the email destination of each voicemail, the numbers which are assigned to it and the amount of inbound channels that are allocated to it. On the far right of the screen is an of option button for managing the voicemail.

    Manage

    The cog button will show you the current settings and will allow you to amend these settings.

    • Destination: This is the e-mail address that you would like to be associated with the voicemail. This will be used to notify you of any messages that have been left.

    Show/Hide Numbers

    Clicking on the Inbound Numbers button will show or hide the numbers which are associated with that voicemail. This option will give you a quick overview of the numbers that are allocated to each voicemail.

    Delete Voicemail

    The delete button will permanently delete the voicemail from your account. It is not possible to delete the voicemail while numbers are allocated to it, the numbers must be moved to another location or deleted first.
